Every booklet is made for one person, so these are starting points, not templates. Colours, layout and wording are all shaped around your family.

How it works

Five steps, mostly ours

  1. Tell us about them

    Share their story in your own words: who they were, what they loved, the memories that matter. Rough notes are fine. We'll shape them gently.

  2. Send the details

    Their full name, dates of birth and passing, your favourite photos, and the service details: venue, running order, music, readings and speakers.

  3. We write and design

    We write the life tribute and design every page in the style you choose, usually within 24 hours.

  4. You check the proof

    You check every name, date and word. Two rounds of changes are included. Nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.

  5. Pay and receive

    We send a secure PayPal invoice. Once it's paid, you receive your print-ready file, or we print and deliver your booklets.

Printed booklets usually arrive 1–2 business days after you approve and pay, depending on the courier. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Need it sooner, or something different? Email us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Paying

Pay securely, only when you're happy

Once you've approved your proof, we email you a PayPal invoice. You can pay by card without a PayPal account. Printing is only ordered after payment.

We never ask for card details by email, and we never ask you to pay before you've seen your booklet.

Things families often ask

The service is very soon. Can you still help?

Often, yes. Design usually takes under 24 hours, and printing plus delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Email us with the date and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it before you order anything.

What do you need from us?

Their full name and dates of birth and passing, a few photos, their story in your own words, and the service details. The order form walks you through it, and anything you don't have yet can come later.

We're not good writers. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Dot points, a voice-memo transcript or a few memories are enough. We write the tribute, and you change anything that doesn't sound like them.

Can we make changes?

Yes. Two rounds of changes are included, and small fixes like spelling or dates are always fine before you approve. Nothing is printed until you've approved the final proof in writing.

What paper do you print on?

250gsm silk card as standard: smooth, sturdy and good for photos. Ivory or recycled card is available on request.

Can we include song lyrics?

We list song titles, but we don't print modern song lyrics, because they're protected by copyright. Poems, hymns and scripture that are out of copyright are welcome.

What happens to our photos and details?

We use them only to make your booklet and delete them 90 days after your order is complete. We never share or sell them. See our privacy policy.
